Creating Social Content That Builds Presence

Produce one weekly pack of short videos and matching graphics using a simple system.

You need:

  • CapCut account

  • Canva account

  • One clear headline for this week

  • Three short value bullets

  • Brand colors and fonts

  • Logo file

  • One product or mockup image

  • A short call to action

Steps

  1. Pick one message for the week. Write a single promise in plain words. List three bullets that support the promise.

  2. Choose channels. Use two primary platforms and one support platform. Example: YouTube Shorts and Instagram as primary. Email as support.

  3. Plan outputs. List five items. Three vertical short videos. One square post. One three-panel carousel.

  4. Set a simple file system. Create one folder for this week. Inside, add subfolders named Video, Square, Carousel, and Exports.

  5. Open CapCut. Create a new project. Import one clean clip or record a short talking head.

  6. Set the format. Click Ratio > 9:16. Keep scale at 100 to protect sharpness.
Check: No black bars on preview.

  7. Trim the clip. Remove silence at the start and end. Cut long pauses in the middle.

  8. Add hook text. Place one short line at the top. Use plain words from your promise.

  9. Add captions. Click Auto captions. Fix names and numbers. Keep two lines per block.

  10. Style for clarity. Use a bold font. Raise the size until you can read it at arm’s length on a phone.

  11. Export the short. Click Export > MP4. Set 1080p and 30 or 60 fps. Name the file with the promise and a number. Save to Exports.

  12. Repeat steps 5 to 11 for two more clips. Use the same hook format. Keep pace tight.

  13. Open Canva. Set your Brand Kit. Load logo, colors, and fonts. Save.

  14. Create a square template. Click Create a design > Instagram post. Build one layout with a large headline, one image, and a small call to action.

  15. Create a carousel template. Add two more pages. Page one shows the hook. Page two lists the three bullets. Page three shows a short call to action.

  16. Apply brand. Use one primary color and one accent. Keep enough empty space for easy reading.

  17. Drop in content. Paste the promise as the headline. Add one clean product or mockup image. Keep edges sharp.

  18. Export graphics. Click Download > JPG. Export the square and all three carousel pages. Save to Exports.

  19. Post your first short video. Upload to your main platform. Use a title that repeats the promise. Add one line in the description with the same words.

  20. Post the square and carousel. Upload to your second platform. Use the same promise in the caption. Point people to your home page or main offer.

  21. Send a support email. Use the square image at the top. Write three short lines from your bullets. Link one button to your main page.

  22. Set a weekly rhythm. Repeat this pack every week. Keep the same templates. Swap only the words, the clip, and the image.

Quick check

  • Three short videos export at 1080p and fill the screen.

  • Square and carousel match your Brand Kit.

  • Headlines read fast on a phone.

  • All posts repeat the same promise.

  • Files sit in this week’s folder with clear names.

Fix common issues

Blurry video: Keep scale at 100 and export at 1080p.
Crowded text: Raise font size and remove extra shapes.
Weak hook: Lead with the main result in five words or fewer.
Off-brand colors: Use Brand Kit only and one accent color.
Slow workflow: Save the Canva layouts as templates and reuse them each week.
