Set Up Your Affiliate Dashboard In Affluent

Connect your affiliate networks, build a clear dashboard, and schedule a weekly report today.

You need:

  • Affluent account

  • Logins for your affiliate networks

  • List of active offers and merchants

  • Time zone and currency for reporting

  • Simple UTM naming rule for links

  • Primary email for scheduled reports

Steps

  1. Set success targets. Pick two numbers for the weekly focus. Revenue and conversion rate work well.

  2. Sign in to Affluent. Create your workspace. Set time zone and currency in settings.

  3. Connect networks. Open Integrations. Select each network you use. Authorize access for every account.

  4. Import data. Pull the last 90 days. Wait until totals appear for clicks, orders, and revenue.

  5. Map merchants to offers. Create groups such as Software, Courses, and Tools. Add each merchant to one group.

  6. Add tags for intent. Create tags for Top Offer, Rising, and Watchlist. Tag key merchants and programs.

  7. Standardize links. Write one UTM rule. Example values. utm_source network name, utm_medium affiliate, utm_campaign offer name. Save this rule in your notes and use it on new links.

  8. Build the main dashboard. Add these widgets. Revenue. Clicks. Conversion rate. EPC. Refunds. Place Revenue on the top left.

  9. Set date controls. Default to the Last 30 days. Turn on Compare to previous period.

  10. Add key filters. Create quick filters for Group, Network, and Offer. Save each filter for fast use.

  11. Create a Top Offers view. Sort by revenue first. Then add the conversion rate. Save this view as Top Offers.

  12. Create a New Offers view. Filter for merchants added in the last 30 days. Sort by clicks. Save as New Offers.

  13. Build a Content view if you tag links by page. Sort by revenue and conversion rate. Use this to find pages worth a refresh.

  14. Add goals. In the dashboard, set weekly revenue and conversion targets for Top Offers. Turn on goal lines if available in widgets.

  15. Set alerts. Create an alert when revenue drops by a set percent day over day for Top Offers. Create another alert when clicks show but orders stay at zero for 48 hours.

  16. Schedule reports. Open Reports. Create a Weekly Performance report using your main dashboard widgets. Email it to yourself and one teammate every Monday morning.

  17. Create a Monthly Summary. Add totals by Group and Network. Include trends. Schedule it for the first day of each month.

  18. Check data quality. Pick one merchant. Compare yesterday’s clicks and orders in Affluent and in the network console. Numbers should be close.

  19. Fix naming drift. Open your UTM rule. Match offer names to your tags and groups. Rename mismatched campaigns so reports stay clean.

  20. Save a routine. Monday. Read Weekly Performance. Pick one offer to push and one issue to fix. Friday. Log wins and notes in a simple doc.

Quick check

  • All active networks show Connected in Integrations.

  • Dashboard shows Revenue, Clicks, Conversion rate, and EPC.

  • Top Offers view lists correct merchants.

  • Weekly report arrives in your inbox on schedule.

  • UTM names look consistent across offers.

Fix common issues

No data from a network: Reconnect integration in Affluent, then refresh imports for the last 90 days.
Duplicate merchants: Merge or rename entries, then reapply tags and groups.
Wrong time zone: Update settings, then reload reports for accurate daily totals.
UTMs all over the place: Rewrite names using the rule in step 7 and update new links before posting.
Scheduled report missing: Reopen the report, confirm recipients, and set the next send time.
