Refund Policy.

Effective date: October 07, 2025

Applies to: all digital products, downloads, courses, templates, presets, memberships, and other non-tangible content sold on this website or websites owned by Steve Halabi Ventures Inc.

1) No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Once access is granted, a file is delivered, or streaming begins, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2) Limited Exceptions (at our discretion)

We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in these specific cases only:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same item on the same account
  • Accidental multiple charges for the same order
  • Technical defect on our side that prevents access or download, and we are unable to remedy it within a reasonable time after you contact support
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized charge (must be verified by the payment processor)

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect purchases, lack of usage, or unmet subjective expectations.

3) EU/UK Customers: Waiver of the 14-Day Right to Withdraw

If you are in the EU or the UK, consumer law typically provides a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases. Digital content is treated differently: when you explicitly agree that delivery starts immediately and you acknowledge you will lose your withdrawal right, the 14-day right does not apply once download/streaming or access begins.
At checkout, we will request your consent and acknowledgment before granting access. If you disagree, do not complete the purchase.
Where required, if you have not begun download/streaming and have not given the required consent/acknowledgment, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

4) Subscriptions & Memberships

  • You can cancel future renewals at any time by accessing your account or by contacting support before the next billing date.
  • Cancellations stop future charges. Past or partial-period fees are non-refundable.
  • If a subscription includes immediate access to digital content, Section 3 applies to the first billing.

5) Bundles, Promotions, and Coupons

  • Bundled products are treated as one purchase. We do not provide partial refunds or value allocations for unused items.
  • Coupon discounts applied at checkout have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6) Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact us first to allow a reasonable amount of time to resolve any access or billing issues. Filing an unsupported chargeback for a valid purchase may result in license revocation and account termination. We provide your accepted refund terms to our processor during the dispute review process.

7) How to Request Help (or a Discretionary Refund)

Email [your support email] within 7 days of purchase for technical access issues. Include your order ID, product name, device/OS, and screenshots of any error. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.

8) Licensing & Access

Purchases grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal or business use under our Terms. Resale, sharing, or public redistribution is prohibited. If fraud, abuse, or sharing is detected, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund.

9) Taxes, Currency, and Billing

Prices are shown before applicable taxes. VAT/GST/HST and currency conversion fees are handled by our payment processor and are non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by law.

10) Legal Stuff

  • Governing law: Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict rules.
  • Venue: Courts of Alberta, Canada (or agreed arbitration where applicable).
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in effect.
  • Updates: We may update this policy at any time; the “Effective date” will change. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
